Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
The services, products and offers of AKASHA SPIRIT, owner Eckart Fingberg, are based exclusively on these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of my services and products and the granting of the opportunity to my order represents a concrete offer to conclude a purchase contract.
With your order, also via the contact form, you accept the offer and the purchase contract is concluded. If you have any questions about this, please ask me before you place your order. I am at your disposal.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.
Right of withdrawal / withdrawal from the contract
Agreed dates are binding.
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, 50% of the fee will be charged. This also applies to no-shows without cancellation.
Prices
The awarded prices are final prices. The amount that is shown at the time of the binding order applies.

Applicable Law
The contract concluded between you and AKASHA SPIRIT is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the express exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. This does not affect the mandatory provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence.
Place of jurisdiction
If, contrary to your information when ordering, you do not have a place of residence in the Federal Republic of Germany or move your place of residence abroad after conclusion of the contract or your place of residence is not known at the time the action is filed, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with the contractual relationship is Germany.
Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or void in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract, insofar as a contractual partner is not unreasonably disadvantaged as a result.

Changes or additions to this contract must be in writing.
